Egyptian Symbol/Dream Sentinels

i had several bits of dreams that seemed good to pass along. in one, i was out with jimmy and family when i came upon this odd piece of land that looked like it was out of star trek. i climbed up into rounded arches and rock formations and pulled out a neat bit of rock. i began to dust it off and a covering of plaster-ish sheets fell off of it, revealing a dog/cheetah-looking animal, long and lithe, with egyptian style wings. it was all in blacks and coppers painted onto a stark white background. toward an edge i uncovered an archarologist’s identifier tag.

in a later dream, i was with my grandmother and jimmy and some other random ppl in a long room. i was playing with a dog/baby my grandmother was watching over. jimmy took over and began to run things, a teaching about dreaming and dream interpretation. he began to talk about the old dream “gods” (he used another word meaning about the same thing), ten of them, who would appear and explain/guide dreaming. as he discussed them, they walked out of the air and did begin to appear. they were formidable fellows, faces covered, almost robotic looking and lit up in neon colors in patterns. the first one had a zag shape on his chest, missing the bottom piece. i only saw the first three or so because jimmy quickly changed the subject, saying they aren’t used much anymore as its like speaking a foreign language, what they say won’t be understood in our modern terms.
he began to describe a new classification system, based on twenty markers. i already had my list of numbers in front of me. each person is a combination of some of the twenty, that making up their personal dreaming system and method for guiding. the first one, number one, he called paisano. i got ready to begin to write the info. he said this one is for ppl who believe that all their dreams are important and meaningful (he said this in a way that implied they obviously Aren’t and such ppl are fools of a special sort, so i gave him a very HEY! petulant look). the dream started to break up then, but it did seem number five was called ghost and i was gone before it was explained.
