Santogold
Now Santigold, she does some of the best stuff I’ve heard recently. The videos don’t do her sound justice, but it’s fun to be able to watch her amazing dancers, even though every person who films them seems to be allergic to showing them for more than a second or two, especially if they’re breaking out an interesting move.
While a unique post is warranted for Spank Rock and will follow, I couldn’t resist putting this piece here. Two of the best artists of their time performing together deserve a little special attention.
I don’t think everything they have done is golden, but some of their work definitely is.
